Timous Amaro

Zero added refined sugars, only a small percentage of natural chestnut honey, for lovers of the "traditional amaro."
An infusion of wild thyme (thymus capitatus), bergamot and Italian helichrysum. Combined and mixed only afterwards, at the first sip they reveal the immediate pungent taste of thyme, then rounded off in the mouth by the hints of chocolate and vanilla of helichrysum and the spicy ones of bergamot. From an average of 40-year-old vines. Brimming with high-toned, youthful aromatics, Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir leads with crunchy red fruits of pomegranate, wild strawberry, and sun-warmed raspberry. Quinta Nova Douro Touriga
$37.59
With a history spanning over 200 years, Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo occupies over 120 ha of land and has been listed since the first demarcation of the Douro wine region in 1756, during the Pombaline era. The original wine cellar that dates back to 1764, and the 19th-century manor house with a chapel (1795) are harmoniously integrated into one of the estate's hills. Owned by the Portuguese Royal Family until 1725, it became a “new estate” when two estates were merged. Several Portuguese families lived in the estate in the 18th and 19th centuries, during an important period in the agriculture of the Douro, and gave life to the vineyards and wine, fruit orchards, water mills built along the stream that runs through the estate and the old olive grove.

Larmandier Rose Champagne
$147.99
Larmandier-Bernier is, according writer Peter Liem, "one of the finest producers in the Côte des Blancs", garnering rave reviews not just from Liem but other top critics like Vinous' Antonio Galloni. The wines are unified stylistically, with chalky cores and delicate, lifted citrus and floral notes that seem drawn in pastel. But there are also strong differences, a testament to the distinct personalities within the Côtes des Blancs.
This is a rare saignee method champagne rose. Intense on the palate and delicate on the nose. This cuvée is produced from the Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes picked in Vertus, where the two varieties grow together in the same plot of old vines. It’s made by macerating the berries for a few days, a technique not commonly used in Champagne.
