Personal information relating to you and your online transactions are only available to you if you provide the correct username and password that you create. After logging in with your username and password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the Your Profile link on every site page.

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We do not give passwords out over the phone, and we do not send them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Your email address is also used to send confirmation notices after you complete certain online transactions.

Your credit card is not automatically processed online when you complete the order. Your credit card is charged at the KWM store at the time that your order is processed for pickup or delivery.
