The Daftmill 15 Year Cask Strength bottling contains whisky from the distillery's second year of production. To our knowledge, it is the oldest Daftmill yet to be bottled. Distilled in 2006, the whisky for this release was matured in 28 1st Fill ex-Bourbon Barrels for 15 years before bottling at 55.7%. BenRiach 1997 24 Year Cask 14493

Bottled exclusively for Alberta, this 24 year old BenRiach was distilled in 1997 and matured in a Bourbon Barrel (#14493) before bottling in 2022 at a cask strength of 56.5%. Selected by Rachel Barrie, only 176 total bottles have been released!

Gilles Dumangin doesn't make things easy on himself when he wraps his whiskies in wine. He has a habit of stacking the deck against himself by picking distilleries that boast some of the most challenging profiles in all of Scotch Whisky: Benrinnes, Ardmore, Fettercairn, Craigellachie. These aren't exactly the most mild-mannered of malts. It's a testament to the man's craft. I love the whole 'if you're going to swing, swing for the fences' mentality.
This Benrinnes spent 10 years in a Refill Hogshead before 23 months in Ratafia Champenois.

This Rye Whiskey from Ross & Squibb Distillery is aged for at 5 years before being bottled at 47% ABV. The Rossville Union Rye Whiskey is purportedly a blend of Ross & Squibb's 51% Rye and legendary 95% Rye mash bills.
Formerly known as MGP - this prolific Indiana Distillery has recently been rebranded as the Ross & Squib Distillery. Initially founded in 1847 as the Rossville Distillery, Ross & Squibb resides in Lawrenceburg, Indiana and was known to be the source of quality Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels with an extensive variety of mash bills before the company behind it started bottling under its own brand names. Ross & Squibb is one of three distilleries under Luxco Brands - the others being Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky and Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky.

The Deveron 18 Year

New to Canada in late 2015, this 18 year old is from the Macduff Distillery, bottled under the name The Deveron. The latter is a reference to the river which empties into the North Sea near the distillery. Founded in 1962 by three local businessmen, George Crawford, Marty Dyke and Brodie Hepburn, the distillery is today owned by John Dewar & Son, a subsidiary of Bacardi. 40%
Old Pulteney Huddart
