Prairie Bears Prairie Berry
$11.49
From the Producer;
"Starting a cider company may not seem like a linear career path for Kelli, a doctor and Brett, a heavy duty mechanic. But Prairie Bears Cider Co. is no side gig. Making cider out of rescued fruit started as a creative outlet for us during Kelli’s residency in 2017 but it quickly became something we turned into a way of life. Now we’re tending to our growing prairie orchard near Alberta Beach and crafting ciders that reflect both our commitment to quality and our love for the community we live in."

Cecillon Divona Cider 300mL Bottle
$11.04
Johanna Cecillon works with her partner Louis at this small domain, maintaining the orchards, manually harvesting apples and producing cider. The orchards were certified organic 10 years ago by Ecocert and they converted to biodynamic farming 4 years ago, as a gesture of support for the life of the land. The cider is bottled in late April, with natural bubble formation and no added sulphur, as well as being non-carbonated and non-pasteurized. A second fermentation occurs in the bottle. Wild yeasts are necessary to make the natural bubbles, It displays a fruity nose, fine bubbles, light golden colour, slightly dry with caramel and vanilla flavours.

Galipette Cidre Biologique
$6.99
4% ABV
Producer Description
"GALIPETTE BIOLOGIQUE is our organic cuvée, made from 100% organic cider apples. It has an exciting wildflower character that naturally varies with the seasons in authentic organic style. The assemblage majors on bitter-sweet apples with just a hint of sweet varieties, such as Carting, Sweet Moen and Belle Fille de la Manche, all native to the centuries-old orchards of Normandy. Light fermentation preserves the natural floral aromas and yields a lower alcohol level. Sweeter on the nose and true to the Normandy style of cider, enjoy this refreshing feel-good fizz on a sunny summer’s day, or explore its intriguing sweet-savoury nature with a fresh goat’s cheese."
Galipette Cidre Brut

Uncommon Tropical Hopped Cider
$5.99
Remember: Dry hopping is the process of adding hops near the end of the brewing process. This results in very little bitterness, but showcases the more aromatic qualities of hops. This cider has a nice, round fruity base, and has wonderful tropical fruit and melon notes along with hints of herbs and maybe even grass.
6.8% ABV
Producer Description
"Refreshing aroma of ripe kiwi with flavours of pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, and a beautiful coconut water mouthfeel."
