Making cider out of rescued fruit started as a creative outlet for us during Kelli’s residency in 2017 but it quickly became something we turned into a way of life. Now we’re tending to our growing prairie orchard near Alberta Beach and crafting ciders that reflect both our commitment to quality and our love for the community we live in."
