Sea King is a hazy IPA brewed with large amounts of flaked oats and torrefied wheat for a very light but very thick haze.
We used Columbus Cryo in the whirlpool and then dry hopped generously with Citra, Eclipse and EXP16660.
The hop character is big and bold with dank resin and cedar notes followed by lime zest and mango.
ABV: 6.5 %

7.5% ABV — Fruitful Pursuits Cherry 2023 is a Spontaneous Fermentation blend refermented on Okanagan sour cherries. This cherry variety of unknown heritage was supplied by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2, & 3 year barrels refermented for 2 months on hundreds of kilograms of whole cherries, which showcases the full spectrum of character from the fruit and pits. The result is a stunning, ruby red colour, with pronounced baking spice and marzipan flavour, and a rich, coating texture and acidity.

This brand new release is packed right full of delicious Kent strawberries from @koornneef_farms and smells like strawberry pie, fresh out of the oven. We added some raspberry purée for a touch more acidity, hopped with Cascade and Willamette from Hop to It, and used 24-2 malt (and others) from our friends at @redshedmalting. Quite the local undertaking, and a magical one at that. A year on oak and fruit will do that to a beer. Available now in the taproom and very soon at your favourite bottle shops!

Bright and refreshing, this cider is aged on golden plums for 8 months before canning.
These cans are made from apples harvested back in 2021 and plums from 2022, wild fermented and unfiltered as per usual.
What's it like? These cans are just bursting with stone fruit aromatics and freshwater minerality. Zippy plum acidity evolves into a plush creamy note, with the slightest plum tannins.
It pairs perfectly with analog pastimes, old friends and new adventures.
