It is our pleasure to share with you this artisanal Mezcal El Jolgorio Pechuga. This elixir was made with maguey Espadin to celebrate the Festividad de la Virgen de los Remedios. It is distilled twice in copper stills with seasonal fruits and the breast of a wild turkey native to this region.
