If bears are so dangerous, why are they friend shaped? We though that this was the perfect name for a beer that is oh so friendly on the palate, but oh so dangerously delicious.
It is pretty obvious that the star of this beer is pineapple. However, it is also full of guava and mango juices, resulting in a liquid tropical trip. We do not use flavouring in our beers – not artificial or natural (there really is little difference between the two). Instead, we use real juice, puree, or a combination of both. Expensive? Yes, but well worth it for the final result."

This is a winery located in downtown Toronto. They source juice from various parts of Ontario. It's a natural wine, a blend of Gamay | AND Blaufränkisch from Four Mile Creek in Niagara. Fruit was picked early and de-stemmed before being pressed into stainless steel for closed top fermentation and left to age for five months before blending. The result is electric acid and a salinity that keeps the wine fresh, yet restrained.
