We aren't much into flavoured rums here at KWM but the Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple is one of those execptions to the rule. This bottling takes the rum from Plantations excellent 3 Stars White Rum then gives it an infusion of pinapple rinds another distillation, then blends it with Plantation's Original Dark rum which has been infused with pinapple fruit. Bottled at 40% and out of this world good!

"Pineapple rinds are infused in Plantation 3 Stars rum, then further distilled in Ferrand Copper Pot Stills. Meanwhile, the fruit is infused in Plantation Original Dark rum. Both the distillate and the fruit infusion are finally blended together."

"Rum Nation Peruano is a very old rum produced in the Lambayeque region of northern Peru.
The molasses from which it is fermented comes from sugar cane plants grown in the region. The distillation takes place in an old Scottish column, in a distillery founded in the middle of the 20th century.
During the 8 years it took to age, the solera system allowed for the blending of several casks."

Monymusk Rum is produced by the Clarendon Distillery of Jamaica. Their are two styles of Monymusk distilled. Both are distilled using Clarendon's pot stills have a very high ester content.
