"We’ve had some wonderful Ledaig, and here’s another release! Our 11th batch , a 21 Year Old, from a single butt, distilled in September 1997. We’ve bottled this at 48.7% abv. This Island distillery was founded way back in 1798, and originally called the Ledaig distillery. Today it’s known as the Tobermory distillery. The modern incarnation of the Ledaig brand came in 2007."
About the Label
"Single malt is released under both names, with Ledaig being reserved for the peated versions with a phenol content of 30-40ppm. Our label shows the spirit of Ledaig as a sentient planet smasher and off to eviscerate his rather more well-known peaty competition!"

Producer Description
"Our ninth batch from the Allt-a-Bhainne distillery is a 23 Year Old, drawn from a single butt that was laid down in March 1995 It’s a release of just 430 bottles at 49.5% abv. The distillery was built to supply bulk whisky to the Chivas blended Scotch whiskies, mostly notably 100 Pipers brand. The distillery is a modern open plan unit and was one of the first designed to be be run by one man per shift."
About the Label
"Ahh, Allt-á-Bhainne! An excellent Speyside distillery that opened its doors in 1975, with lots of its output making its way into blends. However, their single malt is excellent indeed, as you’ll certainly see in our bottlings. When you think about it, Allt-á-Bhainne sounds a bit like House of Pain, and it literally means ‘River of Milk’. Once we clocked these facts, we obviously had to put them on our label, along with the bovine embodiment of The Whisky Squad!"

"Our fifth batch from the Miltonduff distillery is a 10 Year Old, drawn from a single butt laid down in November 2018. It’s a release of just 731 bottles at 50.3% abv. Miltonduff is one of the three signature malts of Ballantine's Blended Scotch Whisky, so it’s rarely seen as a single malt. Miltonduff has also been associated with Teacher’s and Old Smuggler in the past. The house style is described as fresh and floral, and perfect for adding top notes to a blend."

This 11 year old Macduff single malt is the 6th release from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Distilled in 2007 and matured in a single Sherry puncheon before bottling at 48%.
Producer Description
"An 11 Year Old Macduff, distilled in Novmber 2007, and matured in a single puncheon. We’ve bottled this at 48% abv. Just 10% of the production of malt at the Macduff distillery is bottled a single malt whisky. The distillery is the home of the William Lawson Blended Scotch Whisky. The Macduff distillery was built in 1960 tapping into the post-war whisky boom by a group of Glasgow brokers. While whisky from this distillery was known as a young single malt in Italy, it was bottled under the Glen Deveron brand. Five stills, two wash, and three spirit, all with upward-tilting lyne arms that have a right angled kink in them. The spirit stills also have horizontal shell and tube condensers. The character is nutty (slightly sulphury at new make stage), with quick mashing, short fermentation and cold condensers."

"They don’t release whisky themselves under their own name - they release it under the name The Deveron. This is why the name Macduff might be more familiar to you from Shakespeare’s play, ‘Macbeth’. We’ve even put one of the deleted scenes from the play on the label of our Macduff bottling. Press the stopper down to hear the director’s commentary from Shakespeare himself (probably a lie)."

"A 6 Year Old Single Malt from an undisclosed Speyside distillery. A vatting of four ex-Sherry butts, we’ve bottled this at 49.3% abv. Yes, it’s young, but it really shows the distillery character off wonderfully without too much wood influence. Speyside whiskies have always been favoured amongst the blenders, and many of the distilleries were initially built by the blenders, and this malt has been a significant component in some very famous blends."

"A brand new label for our first ever whisky from Austria! This is a 6 Year Old single cask of Broger’s signature ‘Burn Out’, a single malt whisky made using a heavily peated malt, matured in French Limousin oak. What makes this slightly different from your run of the mill heavily peated malt is that when milling the grain, Broger retain the husks and include them in the fermentation, significantly increasing the peat quota."
