From one of the most respected Pinot producers in the Okanagan Valley! The gentle, minimal intervention style at Meyer filters all the way down to the introductory Pinot simply labelled ‘Meyer’. It bears an Okanagan Valley designation and blends fruit from the home property Mclean Creek Road Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, Reimer Vineyard in South East Kelowna and two East Kelowna sites. This delightful Pinot Noir was aged in older oak barrels which softened the wine without adding much oak flavour. It has aromas and flavours of cherry and strawberry. The juicy texture adds to the wine’s immediate appeal. (This is the 2015, but Decanter gave the 2012 an impressive 91 points. You get the picture: The Meyer family knows what they're doing!)

All sourced from our single vineyard estate, select Pinot Noir blocks were handpicked and vinified in small lots using entirely wild fermentation. The small batches were then placed into a selection of new and seasoned French oak barriques for 12 months and blended, unfined and unfiltered, just prior to bottling.
