A partnership between Constellation Brands and Bordeaux's Groupe Taillan, owner of Chateau Giraud Larose, this wine has increasingly grown into its big shoes over the past decade. Concentrated and compact, this is a hard fisted wine for future consumption. Gravels, broken stone, dried earth and faint black cherry aromas open. Bitter cherry, thorns, iron, bitter black plum dominate." Buy a bottle and cellar it for a year or two, or decant and drink now with slow-roasted lamb, roast beef or steak.

Nota Bene is Black Hills signature red wine - a Bordeaux style blend of Merlot plus the Cabernet grapes' Sauvignon and Franc. This sumptuous, complex red comes from a record-breaking long, hot vintage, and it has notes of black cherries and vanilla.
The 2022 vintage is made up of 46% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 18% Cabernet Franc that spent 18 months in French Oak barriques and puncheons (47% new oak) before being bottled.

From one of the most respected Pinot producers in the Okanagan Valley! The gentle, minimal intervention style at Meyer filters all the way down to the introductory Pinot simply labelled ‘Meyer’. It bears an Okanagan Valley designation and blends fruit from the home property Mclean Creek Road Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, Reimer Vineyard in South East Kelowna and two East Kelowna sites. This delightful Pinot Noir was aged in older oak barrels which softened the wine without adding much oak flavour. It has aromas and flavours of cherry and strawberry. The juicy texture adds to the wine’s immediate appeal. (This is the 2015, but Decanter gave the 2012 an impressive 91 points. You get the picture: The Meyer family knows what they're doing!)
