Bottled at 48%.
Producer Description
"At 45% winter wheat and 96 proof, this unique spirit is an exploration of the nuance and character that wheat in the mash bill can unleash and unearth. Redemption Wheated Bourbon is an exceptional expression of our continuous commitment to bringing you distinct, interesting whiskeys. Its complex flavors have earned it multiple awards, plus the admiration of whiskey aficionados."
Redemption Rye Plantation Rum Cask Finis
$77.99
Starlight Carl T Bourbon PX Cask Finish
$124.99
Starlight Distillery resides in Indiana. Bottled at 107 proof, or 53.5% ABV, the Bourbon was aged for 4 years in the typical charred new oak and then finished in an ex-PX Sherry Barrel. Barrel number is 22-2156.
Producer Description
"Our Carl T. Single Barrel Bourbons begins with our 3-grain and 4-grain mash bills (100% sweet mash fermentation) and distilled in our copper pot stills, these straight bourbon whiskeys are then aged for a minimum of 4 years in the Huber’s Rickhouses located on the grounds of the 7th generation Huber estate, established in 1843 and are hand elected by our Master Distillers. They’re always uncut, and straight from the barrel without any filtration. The nose, taste, and finish are unique to that single barrel making each release one-of-a-kind. At cask strength, you can truly experience Starlight bourbons at its essence the same way our Master Distillers do when they sample straight from the barrel."
Yellowstone SPC Toasted Staves Bourbon
$79.99
The first bottle to launch from Yellowstone's Special Finishes Collection. Bottled at 50% from a mash bill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 12% Malt by Limestone Branch Distillery of Lebanon, Kentucky.
Like many distilleries in the state, the producers of Yellowstone can boast a Beam connection or two. Paul and Stephen B. Beam founded Limestone Branch in 2010. Their Great-grandfather was M.C. (Minor Case. What a name!) Beam, who operated a distillery business in the late 1800s through to his death in 1934.
Limestone Branch Distillery is owned by Luxco Brands, which was in turn purchased by MGP in 2021.
Producer Description
"Our Special Finishes Collection is an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on our iconic bourbon profile. And our first one, Toasted, kicks off on a strong note. Using a combination of High Toast, American Oak Double Toast, High Vanilla, Rickhouse, and Spicerack staves, we bring extra char for extra character."
High West Cask Coll. Petite Sirah
$97.99
High West Distillery's new Cask Collection Series puts the focus on two things the company excels at: blending whisky and cask selection. This blend of Straight Bourbon and Straight Rye whiskey - all matured between 6 and 10 years in new oak - was further tweaked by 7 months of finishing in casks that previously held Petit Sirah red wine. The result is bottled at 50% ABV.
About High West
"High West is Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870 and the world’s only ski-in gastro-distillery. If you find yourself in Old Town Park City, please stop (or ski) by to visit us. We’d love to share our passions with you: the American West, our contemporary western victuals, American roots music, and of course, pairing all the above with our greatest passion – superb whiskey. Better yet, you ought to come out to our distillery in the mountains of Wanship, Utah. It’s a celebration of cowboys and the American West."
Romero Dark Rum Bourbon Barrel Aged
$77.99
From Calgary's Romero Distilling, which was founded in 2020. Bottled in small batches at 40% ABV.
Producer Description
"We start with glacier-fed water that originates on the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian molasses. It is distilled in a Canadian-made copper pot still and matured in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve until the desired maturation is achieved. The Rum is spiced with a specially curated collection of fresh spices and finished with a combination of fancy and blackstrap molasses."
Casey Jones Double Cut Bourbon 53.5%
$90.99
A cool variation on what's coming out of Kentucky's Casey Jones Distillery, home of the square copper pot still. This is spirit that has been distilled from 'corn and cane' (catchy, right?), matured in new oak, then shifted over to ex-Bourbon Barrels for a last bit of polishing. It's obviously not Bourbon, but it is delicious. Matured for up to 4 years, before bottling at 53.5%
Jim Beam Single Barrel
$46.99
Part of Jim Beam's Single Barrel Bourbon program, like Baker's and Knob Creek, but with a lighter profile. Bottled at 45%.
Producer Description
"One thing is for sure, no two barrels of bourbons are the same. Placement, the season and length of aging all affect its unique flavors and come together to create the perfect whiskey in one, single barrel-hand to become Jim Beam Single Barrel."
