Starlight Distillery resides in Indiana. Bottled at 107 proof, or 53.5% ABV, the Bourbon was aged for 4 years in the typical charred new oak and then finished in an ex-PX Sherry Barrel. Barrel number is 22-2156.

"Our Carl T. Single Barrel Bourbons begins with our 3-grain and 4-grain mash bills (100% sweet mash fermentation) and distilled in our copper pot stills, these straight bourbon whiskeys are then aged for a minimum of 4 years in the Huber’s Rickhouses located on the grounds of the 7th generation Huber estate, established in 1843 and are hand elected by our Master Distillers. They’re always uncut, and straight from the barrel without any filtration. The nose, taste, and finish are unique to that single barrel making each release one-of-a-kind. At cask strength, you can truly experience Starlight bourbons at its essence the same way our Master Distillers do when they sample straight from the barrel."

"Blue Run Trifecta Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a small-batch whiskey that demonstrates the delicate balancing act required when blending a high-quality base whiskey with the vivid flavors and aromas from older “wood heat” whiskeys. Trifecta starts with a base of finely crafted six-year-old whiskey, which makes up less than half of the composition of the total liquid. To add additional depth and character, Blue Run Whiskey Director Shaylyn Gammon blends that with two whiskeys aged in the upper reaches of their respective rickhouses, giving them what she calls “wood heat.”"

The Musician is a Bourbon made by Still Austin Whiskey Co from a mash of 100% Texas-grown grains. The exact mash bill for The Musician Bourbon is 70% White Corn, 25% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley.The whiskey was matured as is typical using heavily charred virgin oak casks. What sets it apart is the use of a slow water reduction technique used during maturation, where each month a small amount of water is added to the aging whiskey in casks. This is meant to soften the whiskey extract more mature notes such as vanilla and caramel from the oak. Bottled at a respectable 49.2%.
Still Austin Distillery resides in Austin, Texas, and was founded in 2015. What sets Still Austin apart from other craft distilleries is its 42-foot tall column still dubbed Nancy, which was crafted by Forsyth's of Scotland.

Produced by the Ross & Squibb Distillery, the George Remus Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for 5-6 Years before being bottled in small batches at 47% ABV.
Formerly known as MGP - this prolific Indiana Distillery has recently been rebranded as the Ross & Squib Distillery. Initially founded in 1847 as the Rossville Distillery, Ross & Squibb resides in Lawrenceburg, Indiana and was known to be the source of quality Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels with an extensive variety of mash bills before the company behind it started bottling under its own brand names. Ross & Squibb is one of three distilleries under Luxco Brands - the others being Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky and Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky.
