Amador's Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels consists of a mashbill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 15% Barley made at WIllet. It was aged in your typical virgin, charred American oak barrels for 3 years and then finished in Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 9-12 months. It is bottled at 45%.

First hitting the market in the USA in 2019, The Kentucky Peerless Small Batch Barrel Proof Bourbon is now in Canada! Though the mash bill used for the Peerless Straight Bourbon is not disclosed, it is likely not very high-rye, as the company has released a High-Rye Bourbon in the USA.
Unchilfiltered. The alcohol volume will vary from batch to batch as Peerless does not proof down their bottles to achieve a consistent ABV. This batch was bottled at the abnormally specific 54.45% ABV, or 108.9 proof.
