Town Branch Bourbon is made by Lexington Brewing & Distilling Company of Lexington, Kentucky. The Distillery was the first to be built in Lexington for more than a century, when stills were installed in on the site in 2008. Town Branch is made from a mash bill consisting of 72% Corn, 15% Malted Rye, and 13% Malted Barley. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

This is Michter's Flagship Bourbon, bottled at 45.7%, it is excellent value.
While the Michter’s name has a long and storied history, the Michter’s Distillery of Louisville, KY has only been in operation since 2015. Any whiskey bottled that is older than that was sourced from other distilleries, typically within Kentucky. Luckily, the quality of anything bottled with the Michter’s label on it is typically high, regardless of their original provenance.
Other than their single barrel products, Michter’s typically bottles their whiskey from selected small batches of 20 barrels or less.
From the Distillery: "Michter’s US 1 Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection, with barrels often aging in excess of eight years. Truly “small batch,” each batch of our US 1 Bourbon is typically composed of no more than two dozen barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel," according to the team at Michter's. It has notes of "rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish."

At long last Angel's Envy Bourbon has finally arrived in Alberta. Finished in Port Casks before bottling at 43.3%.

“Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in port wine casks for an award-winning spirit. We guide each batch’s conditioning, blending our handcrafted bourbon in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time. It’s typically aged for up to 6 years. While we lose about 5% of the spirit each year to evaporation, or “the Angel’s Share,” what’s left behind after we’re done is truly worthy of envy.
Once it’s deemed ready, we finish our bourbon in ruby port wine casks, which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it. Our port finishing process lasts between three to six months, depending on taste. We use 60-gallon ruby port barrels made from French oak and imported directly from Portugal. This creates a whiskey of unprecedented smoothness, sweetness and balance.”

Kentucky Owl is a revived brand with roots that go back to its founding in 1879. It was recently relaunched in 2014 with whiskey from an undisclosed source in Kentucky. The brand itself is owned by the Stoli Group of Stolichnaya Vodka infamy. Bottled at 48.2%.
