"The Portuguese Collection expressions were each distilled on 8th September 2006 and laid down in traditional Scotch Whisky oak casks for over 8 years. Glen Scotia Icons of Campbeltown Mermaid
$204.99
This limited edition 12 year old Glen Scotia is the first release in the Icons of Campbeltown range, bottled at 54.1% after finishing in Paolo Cortado casks. Limit 1 Per Customer!
Producer Description
"Introducing the new Icons of Campbeltown series: a celebration of the Campbeltown community that ensured Glen Scotia prevailed through history. Taking our inspiration from the Campbeltown Market Cross – a historic community meeting point for celebration and storytelling, with a series of saints and beasts carved into its stone face – each release recalls a tale of local community spirit. Glen Scotia has partnered with celebrated artist, Joel Holtzman (Lucasfilm, Marvel, Disney, Macmillan) to bring each of the icons to life.
"In Release 1, over a subtly maritime dram, we recall the community sighting of a mermaid on our local shores. To pay homage to this special event, we have selected an equally special Palo Cortado sherry cask finishing to compliment this unpeated coastal and saline cask strength spirit."
Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire & Sherr
$75.99
Full product name: "Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire & Sherry Casks." is a 10 year old mystery Islay single malt bottled at 40%. From Atom Brands, the chaps who brought you That Boutique-y Whisky Co.
Producer Description
"Peat and sherry is a great combo, though sometimes it can be a bit of a battle between two proud titans of flavour. Thankfully, this one shows off a welcome harmony that brings out the best of both. It's a marvellous variation of Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire, featuring the same smoky 10 year old Islay single malt, though instead of just 25% of it being finished in sherry casks, the entirety of the whisky was finished in them. The powerfully peaty notes at its core are mellowed by just enough sherry sweetness, making for a superbly well-balanced flavour profile."
First Edition Jura 1998

$169.99
The 2023 Edition of the Cask Strengh Highland Park is here. Bottled at a subtle yet pleasant 64.3% ABV.
From The Producer
"Our fourth release has been matured predominantly in first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, along with first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks, a small quantity of refill casks, ex-bourbon casks and – for the first time – ex-port casks too. Bottled straight from the cask, without the addition of water to reduce alcohol content, our Cask Strength series marries the traditional craft of whisky making with a modern approach to flavour exploration."
Boutique-y 12 Year Speyside Single Malt
$81.99
This 12 year old mystery Speyside single malt Scotch is part of the Boutique-y Core Range, bottled at 45.8%. From a mix of fresh Oloroso Sherry casks.
Producer Description
"Indulge in the refined elegance of our 12-year-old Speyside single malt, a harmonious symphony of flavours that pays homage to the lush landscapes and tranquil beauty of the Speyside region. From a marriage of all new Oloroso casks, this expression unveils a captivating bouquet of caramelised nuts, orchard fruits, flamed orange peel, and smoky oak that greet the senses with a gentle embrace."
About the Label
"Our label design settled for just the one deer, starting with a young buck, getting older, and more dignified, as the whiskies aged, finishing with the dominant stag who has been through some scapes in his life; older, wiser, and looks a little pissed with everything! Our Speyside deer is a little more grown up this time around, and has gained a few ‘pints’ on his antlers.
"We love the expression on his face. he’s looking a little more serious this time, but mot quite a ‘Royal Stag’ yet. Boutique-y Whisky artist, Emily Chappell, has captured our brief so perfectly, and has injected her magic into it, as usual.
"The colours of the labels reflect the colour palette of the Aurora Borealis, while the ‘wave pattern’ across all of the labels symbolises the way the Aurora Borealis is always moving in the sky, if you’ve been lucky enough to see it."
Macbeth Collection Glen Grant 56 Year
$14,000.00
Part of a massive 42 bottle collection of whiskies wherein each release represents a character from MacBeth, which is a little-known off-broadway play by some guy named Bill Shakespeare.
This bad boy is one of the big ones. One of the six apex malts in the range. A 56-year-old single Sherry Butt of what is unquestionably a once-in-a-lifetime dram from Glen Grant that had an outurn of a mere 100 bottles. 92.0pts on Whiskybase
Producer Note: “It was imperative that King Duncan held the requisite status and gentle character. Over the many years we’ve been searching for casks, we have, on occasion, been fortunate to find those truly rare occurrences of whiskies of great age that retain great elegance. This Glen Grant, distilled on Speyside in 1965, fits the bill perfectly: the beautiful light fruit of the spirit, the suggestion of forest floor, dusty books...an abundance of sophisticated flavours that are created only after decades in the finest wood.”
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 48.2% abv.
Torabhaig Allt Gleann Batch Strength
$124.99
The only differences between the regular Torabhaig Allt Gleann and the Batch Strength, are the ABV (61.1% v. 46%), the effective phenols in the whisky (22.8ppm v. 17ppm as a result of less water), and the availability... less than a 1/3 as much Batch Strength is coming compared to the 46% bottling!
Allt Gleann is the second release from Torabhaig Distillery on the Isle of Skye, and the first whisky from this distillery to find its way to Canada. The Batch Strength is made the same as the 46% bottling, produced from peated Laureate and Concerto Barly, fermented with Saspirit M-1 & Pinnacle MG+ yeasts, and matured in a mix of 80% first fill and 20% refill casks before bottling at 61.1%. The barley was peated to 77ppm with highland peat, with just 22.8ppm in the resulting spirit. The distillery's tag line is that their whiskies exhibit "well-tempered peat!" The 46% version scored an impressive 89pts from Whisky Fun!
Producer Description
"Our second release in The Legacy Series, Allt Gleann is named after one of two burns that feed the distillery. An evolution on the 2017 inaugural release, Allt Gleann introduces Laureate malted barley alongside Concerto, Safspirit M-1 yeast alongside Pinnacle MG+, and re-fill whisky barrels in maturation alongside first-fill bourbon barrels. There is a little more peat and added complexity compared to the 2017 inaugural release, elegantly showcasing the evolution of our spirit."
"This release has all the typicity of Torabhaig that you would expect – bonfire smoke, salinity, maltiness, and sweet, vanilla-led oaky spice. The Allt Gleann Batch Strength is bottled at 61.1% without chill filtration or colouring, and with a residual phenols level of 22.8ppm."
G&M Discovery Glen Grant 11 Year
$99.99
One of Scotland's most iconic bottlers meets one of Scotland's most iconic distilleries. The Discovery Range is a great hopping on point for the G&M portfolio. The prices are brilliant, the bottlings are rock solid, and literally the only knock on the range is the low bottling strength. But we all know that quality supercedes any bias we have toward higher strenghts, right? Right?
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 43% abv.
