Decadent Drams Glenturret 12 Year
$229.99
This 12 year old Glenturret was bottled at 55% from a Re-charred Hogshead orginally filled in 2013.
Producer Description
"From a re-charred hogshead comes this heavily peated Glenturret, bottled at 55% after a fair few degrees of reduction. The result? A monstrously smoky, tarry, lard-laden beast of a dram that doesn’t so much whisper peat as roar it from the rooftops. This is whisky for those who appreciate the darker arts: think hot pitch, smouldering roads, and bonfires that refuse to die down. Balanced enough to drink, but still gloriously over the top. A Glenturret turned up to eleven – peat fiends, your time has come."
Decadent Drams Glenlitigious 12 Year
$234.99
This 2012 vintage Glenfarclas which cannot be named was bottled at 50% and 12 years of age after maturing in a Second Fill Sherry Hogshead. 88pts Whisky Fun
Producer Description
"This is another bottling of our much appreciated and delicious 'Glenlitigious' malt whisky. This is a Speyside single malt made by a famous and highly litigious family, and you all know precisely who we mean. Distilled in 2012, aged for 12 years in a 2nd fill sherry hogshead and bottled at 50% ABV, it is sweet, richly fruity and perilously easy to swig."
Decadent Drams Bunnahabhain 12 Year
$231.99
This 12 year old Bunnahabhain was originally matured in a Refill Hogshead before finishing in Fresh Sherry. 57.1% 87.36pts Whiskybase
Producer Description
"A whisky with salt on its lips and stories to tell. This 12-year-old Bunnahabhain spent its life balanced between refill wood and fresh sherry casks (roughly half and half), drawing on the best of both: the distillery’s coastal soul sharpened by refill, and its richness deepened by sherry. We bottled it with a few degrees knocked back to 57.1% – our favourite strength, where the spirit shows muscle and clarity without losing finesse. This is whisky for derring-do, for bold adventures and sea-swept journeys, for maps that end at the horizon and stories that begin in the glass."
Glen Scotia Icons of Camp 12 YearTawny
$179.99
This 12 year old Glen Scotia is the 3rd in the Icons of Campbeltown series, bottled at 51.7% after finishing for 9 months in 1st Fill Tawny Port Casks.
Producer Description
"The Icons of Campbeltown series pays tribute to the Campbeltown community that ensured Glen Scotia prevailed through history. Taking our inspiration from the Market Cross – a historic community meeting point for celebration and storytelling, with a series of saints and beasts carved into its stone face – each release recalls a tale of local community spirit.
"Each of the releases in our series takes inspiration from one of the many of saints and mythical beasts carved into the face of the cross. To bring these to life in a truly breathtaking way, we have partnered with esteemed artist, Joel Holzman (Lucasfilm, Marvel, Disney and more), to produce the design that adorns the packaging for the series. It’s a challenge that he has fully embraced.
"“I’ve always had a fascination with ancient times, traditions and beliefs. Getting to know the story of this project was inspiring.”"
