Nose: Toffee coated roasted hazelnuts, a little chewy leather but this whisky is spritely, don’t get too comfy in the warming nose of the sherry!
Palate: The palate opens with zippy red berries, there’s red currents, tart cherries, even some pink grapefruit.
Finish: We finish with a tingly yet sumptuous chocolate mousse with a twist of orange on the top. There’s a warming glow from the final kick!
