Whisky Trail Knights Dailuaine 13 Year
$129.99
Exclusive to KWM in Canada!
We ourselves some Dailuaine here at KWM. It's waxy and fruity profile seems to be showcased incredibly well in ex-Bourbon casks, which is why we jumped at the chance to have this as an exclusive. Distilled in 2009, this single cask spent 13 years maturing in a Hogshead (#315772) before being bottled at 52.9%. We only managed to get a fraction of the outturn, which was a miniscule 100 bottles!
About The Whisky Trail
"The Whisky Trail is a collection of young and old casks, taking drinkers off the beaten path of whisky. Only whiskies that demonstrate the most exceptional characteristics are hand-selected to be bottled as part of the Whisky Trail range, and with each cask as unique as a fingerprint, no two expressions will ever be the same. To ensure each whisky maintains its full flavour and cask character, we never chill-filter or add colour."

Living Souls Torabhaig 7 Year
$119.99
This 7 year old Torabhaig is one of the first independent bottlings we have seen of the distillery, bottled at 51.5% from a First Fill ex-Bourbon Barrel.
Producer Description
"This release is a bold single malt from Torabhaig distillery on the Isle of Skye, matured in 1st fill bourbon barrels. A sip takes you to a late summer BBQ by a misty Scottish loch, where the scent of smoked ham hangs in the cool air and laughter echoes off the hills. Flavours of burnt sticky marshmallows and roasted almonds fill the air, creating a sweet and savoury contrast that lingers. This is a dram made for long evenings, full of flavour and lively conversation. "

G&M Distillery Label Linkwood 2001
$309.99
We eagerly await the opportunity to sample this beauty, a 24 year old single sherry cask of Linkwood bottled for Canada under Gordon & MacPhail Distillery's Label.
Cadenhead Authentic Speyside 27 Year
$334.99
This 27 year old single malt was bottled at the perilously low cask strength of 40.2%, after maturing in a Bourbon Hogshead. From the confusingly named Speyside Distillery, Cadenheads doubled down on that by naming it Speyside-Glenlivet... that in itself is a whole thing!
North Star Glenxxxx 19 Year Single Malt
$179.99
This 2006 vintage 19 year old single malt was bottled at 59% after maturing in Refill Sherry. It is supposedly from a notoriously litigious Speyside distillery. Bottled for North Star Spirits 10th Anniversary. Limit 1 Per Customer!
Tormore Legacy 2009 15 Year Cask 44031
$169.99
This 15 year old Tormore is one of the first-ever official single cask bottlings from the distillery. Distilled in 2009, the whisky was bottled at 47.4% from a single first fill ex-Bourbon cask. Exclusive to KWM!
Producer Description
‘Legacy’ single cask series is a celebration of Tormore’s past and the people that have made it. Polly Logan, Tormore Distillery manager, has hand-picked a selection of the distillery’s vintage casks, all matured in ex-bourbon barrels where the wood profile perfectly complements Tormore’s intrinsic, fruity and elegant character. Single casks have been previously available in rare, small batches from independent bottlers -but ‘Legacy’ is the first official distillery single cask release under the Elixir Distillers stewardship."
