Michter's Kentucky Straight Rye
$84.99
A proper straight rye whiskey from the state of Kentucky bottled at 42.4%.
While the Michter’s name has a long and storied history, the Michter’s Distillery of Louisville, KY has only been in operation since 2015. Any whiskey bottled that is older than that was sourced from other distilleries, typically within Kentucky. Luckily, the quality of anything bottled with the Michter’s label on it is typically high, regardless of their original provenance.
Other than their single barrel products, Michter’s typically bottles their whiskey from selected small batches of 20 barrels or less.
Wild Turkey 101
$49.99
A solid, bold bourbon at a great price, the Wild Turkey 101 is aged for about 6 to 8 years and bottled at 50.5% ABV. It is made at Wild Turkey Distillery in Anderson County near Lawrenceburg, KY.
Master Distiller Jimmy Russell and Associate Master Distiller Eddie Russell are the only father-son duo in the Bourbon Hall of Fame.
Wild Turkey was named such by an executive from Austin Nichols, who poured some barrel proof bourbon for friends on a wild turkey hunt. The whiskey was a hit and the next year he was asked to bring more of that Wild Turkey bourbon for the annual hunt.

Pivot Spirits Feedlot Alley Bourbn Style
$93.99
This Bourbon-style whisky is made in Rolling Hills, Alberta by Pivot Spirits. It is produced from a mash of locally grown Corn, Rye, Barley, and Wheat. Bottled at 46%.
Producer Description
"Corn, rye, barley, and soft white wheat are grains extensively utilized in the expansive value-added cattle industry in Southern Alberta, culminating in the production of our renowned Alberta Beef. Lars combined these four grains in a mash-bill, yielding his favourite whisky—a sweet, buttery sipping experience with subtle hints of oak and brown sugar."
About Pivot Spirits
Pivot Spirits was founded in 2018 and resides in Rolling Hills, Alberta — about a 30-minute drive south of Brooks. If you zoom in on Rolling Hills from a satellite image on Google Maps you will see where the name Pivot Spirits comes from: all the fields in the area have the tell-tail rounded and circular shape of pivot irrigation. The distillery is co-owned by Lars Hirsch and Rachelle Fiset. Lars is an irrigation farmer with fields just across the roads from the distillery and the distiller as well. Just about all the grain used at Pivot Spirits uses for making Whisky, Gin, and other spirits comes from his fields. The only exception to this is when Lars uses corn, which he gets from his neighbours. Pivot Spirits does not malt or roast any of the grains it uses — it comes directly from the field, is ground down, and made into a mash.
Alberta Distillers Rare Batch No.2 21 Yr
$151.99
This 21 year old Alberta Distillers Rye was matured in a mix of ex-Canadian, ex-Bourbon, and New White Oak Casks. 50%
Producer Description
"For over two decades in the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, three barrel styles have influenced the aging of Alberta Distiller’s second rare Canadian whisky release. Canadian Whisky, Bourbon Whisky, and New White Oak barrels aged Rare Batch Issue No.2 laying down in a rack style, promoting greater air flow around the barrels at a higher elevation. This traditional maturation process influenced several flavour profiles in combination with the dry air and chinook winds of the foothills."
