Decadent Drams Arran 10 Year
$254.99
57.1% - 2014 - First Fill Sherry Hogshead.
87.61 Points Whiskybase
Producer Description
"This Decadent Drams bottling is a superb and wonderfully juicy wee 1st fill sherry hogshead of Arran single malt. Distilled in 2014, fully matured for 10 years in this cask and bottled with a fair bit of reduction to 57.1%, it's a big, darkly fruity, spicy and robust wee sporran-warmer of a dram. Ideal for taking generous swigs of from a hipflask while rambling around Arran, or any other bits of Scotland you happen to find yourself in."
Whisky Sponge Ben Nevis 1996 Ed.58B
$624.99
The Whisky Sponge Label returns from the dead! Only to be unceremoniously killed off once more directly after this bottling. 55% ABV Ben Nevis from a 2nd fill sherry butt filled in 1996.
Producer Description
"After a very long gap, Whisky Sponge Edition No.58b is finally here. It's rather fitting that this will be the very last Sponge bottling we'll release. Forever. (Probably).
This is the second half of the same butt of Ben Nevis 1996 we bottled as Edition No. 58a, only this one has been finished in a 2nd fill sherry butt for just over two years. We bottled it with even slighter reduction this time, at 55%. It tastes like Optimus Prime after an intense workout while wearing a sheep wool cardigan in a cosmic potting shed."
Hester Creek Sauvignon Blanc
$25.59
The estate now sits on land that was purchased in 1967 by BC wine pioneer, Joe Busnardo. With his Italian roots, Joe recognized the land’s potential and made a trip back to his home country to take cuttings of Vitis vinifera vines, bring them back to Canada and plant them in 1968. In 2004, BC entrepreneur, Curt Garland, purchased Hester Creek Estate Winery and made substantial investments to the vineyard and winemaking. His vision was to create the Tuscan experience here in British Columbia’s wine country through luxury accommodation, fine dining and a state-of-the art winemaking facility and tasting room.
Today, Hester Creek sits on 115 acres of land with 88 acres planted under vine. Our wines are crafted by Winemaker, Mark Hopley, who takes his inspiration from the terroir and leads a team of future Okanagan winemakers.
Takizawa Blue Tokubetsu
$37.99
Rich, Full-Bodied rice flavour and sweetness brewed using Kokuyo Water which is soft. The slower fermentation with soft water process results in a delicate, clean, and refined sake profile. The Tokubetsu designation in this category refers to a polishing ratio of 60% or less. This sake gives you lustrous umami, a rich yet supple mouthfeel, and a sharply defined, clean finish.

In their words: Our roots run deep in this valley, and that means we know this place like the back of our hands. Experience has taught us that you can’t make great wine without good dirt and hard work. We farm sustainably here. It’s our way of taking good care of this place we call home. It’s not always easy, but it produces honest, quality wines, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
The Golden Mile and Black Sage Bench is home to just the right mix of heat and heart in our neck of the woods.
Paulaner Bavarian Pils Can
$4.49
The brilliant, bright yellow beer is crowned by a pure white, thick foamy head. The hoppy, crisp, clean taste delivers on the consumer’s expectation; this is a beer that expresses the master brewer’s years of experience in a traditional recipe.
The Paulaner Pils is brewed strictly in the Pilsener style - with the best Hallertau hops providing its typical bitter aroma. Paulaner beer lovers like to tell each other the anecdote while toasting, according to which the pilsner originally came from Bohemia, but was created by a brewer from Southern Germany. And the Paulaner Pils does justice to that.

Alzinger Riesling Durnstein
$58.99
Some bark for attention. Others, like Alzinger, go for finesse. Their Wachau wine? It has a mineral taste and is precise and nuanced. They seek to make wines that are subtle and special, never to be forgotten. They want our Grüner Veltliners and Rieslings to reflect their origin. In the Wachau. And in its steep terraced slopes – including the choicest vineyards at Dürnstein and Unterloiben.
