Every chef knows that when seasonal ingredients speak, you listen. The surprise offer of a fresh raspberry delivery was too good to pass up, so this beer was blended on the fly and in homage to these humble little succulents at their peak. Reminiscent of the award-winning Ruby, My Dear, this brilliantly red, effervescent sipper delivers on the promise of juicy, sweet raspberries plucked fresh from the bush, with a balanced and dry tartness that comes from years of honing our craft. 7.5% ABV — Fruitful Pursuits Cherry 2023 is a Spontaneous Fermentation blend refermented on Okanagan sour cherries. This cherry variety of unknown heritage was supplied by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2, & 3 year barrels refermented for 2 months on hundreds of kilograms of whole cherries, which showcases the full spectrum of character from the fruit and pits. The result is a stunning, ruby red colour, with pronounced baking spice and marzipan flavour, and a rich, coating texture and acidity.

The onset of cooler weather always pairs with our desire to drink beers of the porter variety. Enter Kemuri Godspeed-Style Porter, one of our seasonal favourites. Showcasing English malted barley and a calculated blend of roasted malts, Kemuri pours midnight black with tawny highlights and a thick stand of mocha-like foam.
