The Rivo GIn hails from Lake Como in North Central Italy. The gin makers take after the witches of local legend who wandered the countryside near the lake and foraged herbs for their own esoteric use. Lemon Balm and Thyme are among the botanicals used. Tanqueray Gin was initially distilled in 1830 by Charles Tanqueray in the Bloomsbury district of London. Yet, despite its name, London Dry Gin is primarily produced in Scotland. London Dry Gin is made through double distillation of a neutral grain spirit with botanicals added during the second distillation. Key botanicals used to make Tanqueray are juniper, coriander and angelica root. Tanqueray is now made in Cameron Bridge, Scotland.

Awamori is a rice based distillate similar to shochu, but drank mainly in Okinawa and a couple other countries, and is the base spirit for this gin. The fermented rice and koji are very noticeable as the base, and layered overtop are massive citrus notes, herbal green flavours, and hints of earthy black pepper.

Confluence is a fairly new distillery in Calgary. Their flagship gin is named after the neighborhood they call home. Their Gin is Red Wheat grain based and New Western Dry in style. It is created using six botanicals: juniper, coriander, wild rose petals, lemon peel, cucumber, and saskatoon berries. Bottled at 42.6% ABV.. It has a hint of berry skin fruitiness along with delicate floral hints. Fantastic with tonic, or even a martini!

Although the brand hints a gin's heyday at the height of the British Raj in India, the brand only dates from 1987. Its name was chosen through a competitive process which pitted Madison Avenue ad firms against each other. Botanicals include: almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb, and grains of paradise. The spirit is triple-distilled using a carterhead still. Bombay is a more floral and soft gin that the "punchier" ones distilled in copper pot stills.

Tanqueray Gin was initially distilled in 1830 by Charles Tanqueray in the Bloomsbury district of London. When Charles died in 1868 his son Charles Waugh Tanqueray inherited the distillery, which operated until it was severely damaged in World War II. Only one of the facility's stills survived the Axis bombing. The remaining still, now known as "Old Tom", has since been moved to Cameron Bridge, Scotland.
Tanqueray No. Ten is a premium gin that has been quadruple-distilled for extra purity. It is a gin made specifically for martini drinkers. It was first introduced in 2000.
