Decadent Drams Cognac Hors D Age
$579.99
Our second Decadent Drams Cognac is a creation of Angus', with components from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. 47.8% 90pts Whisky Fun
Producer Description
"This is Decadent Drinks' attempt at something of a more 'traditional' Cognac bottling. It was created using Cognacs from the Petite and Grand Champagne terroirs (hence 'Fine Champagne), with the youngest components hailing from the late 1980s and the oldest going back, via the 1970s, to the early 1960s. The resulting small-batch assemblage was bottled at natural marrying strength as our version of a 'Hors d'Age' Cognac. It is lusciously fruity, with clear notes of honeys, flowers, tobacco and a balance of rancio notes with subtle woody undertones that add a little weight. Beautiful, old Cognac for contemplative sipping in your slippers and dressing gown, in other words.
H by Hine VSOP
$79.99
Producer Description
"Hine's cognac complexity arises from respecting the raw material. Double distillation with fine
lees enhances aroma. Careful oak cask selection highlights fruity notes over woody ones.
Adventurous, Lively, Elegant
This cognac was created 20 years ago by Éric Forget, my predecessor, in collaboration with American and British bartenders. Its finesse,
delicacy, and floral notes make it a light and perfectly structured VSOP, conceived from the very beginning as the ideal foundation for
exceptional cocktails and long drinks."

El Jolgorio Espadin
$163.99
Producer Description
"El Jolgorio translates to “the revelry”. Jolgorios are small festivals that occur in remote, mountain villages throughout Oaxaca, Mexico. They celebrate births, deaths, weddings and Saint’s days. For centuries, the lifeblood of these celebrations has been traditional mezcal. In 2010, the Cortés family began building a collective of top mezcal distillers from around Oaxaca. As of 2019, El Jolgorio represents sixteen different families, working in ten different regions of Oaxaca, Mexico, each with its own special story. Every bottle is hand-marked with the specific details of each batch, to truly connect the drinker with the family behind the expression.
In 2017, the team behind the brand realized that certain varieties of agave would be extremely limited and they would only be able to make them available once per year (if at all). They began packaging these rare editions in black bottles to set them apart from the other releases.
The artwork on the first 8 releases was created by Alejandro Peña (Espadin, Pechuga, Tobala, Cuixe, Madrecuixe, Tepeztate, Barril and Mexicano). The next 5 labels were created by Asis Cortes (Arroqueno, Jabalin, Coyote, Tobaxiche, and Cenizo) and the Sierrudo artwork was created by Alberto Almánza."
Siempre Reposado
$74.99
Siempre Spirits was founded by a Canadian couple in 2015. They currently bottle this Reposado Tequila as well as a Blanco and Anejo.
From The Producer
"This beautifully aged spirit boasts notes of oak, fruity undertones, honey and vanilla underpinned by cooked agave. There is a smooth harmony on the palate, not unlike what shows in some very fine bourbons.
Our reposado is very special expression, made using brand new American oak barrels, extra-anejo tequila and a hint of natural aguamiel, you'll be sure to enjoy. "
