Bira! Marie-Galante Rum 6 Year
$144.99
From the Distillery
"A Bira is an all night ritual celebrated by our people, the Shona, in which members of an extended family call upon ancestral spirits for guidance and intercession. The summoned spirits possess spirit medium(s) within the family, and they provide the means with which the living communicate with God.
These events are festive, there is food and drink, as well as music and dancing. As we get spiritual when we drink, sometimes we dance, sing and feast, it seemed fitting to name our brand as we did."

Burwood Gin
$35.99
From Calgary, Alberta's own Burwood Distillery comes Burwood Gin.
Bottled at 44% ABV.
From the Producer:
"Showcasing the levels of juniper and coriander you would expect in a London Dry Gin, but elevated by citrus and lemon grass to give a clean spring time, summery nose. The addition of Szechuan Pepper adds a touch of spice & tingling sensation, but is reigned in by the Dragon Well Green Tea, which rounds the mouth feel giving a smoothness on the tongue."

Pimms No. 1 Cup Gin
$32.99
The Pimm's tradition is almost as entrenched in British culture as the cup of tea. Pimm's was invented in the 1840s, by the owner of an oyster bar in the City of London. James Pimm offered the tonic (which was a gin based drink containing quinine and a secret mixture of herbs) as an aid to digestion, and served it in a small tankard. This is where the "No. 1 Cup" moniker arose. A traditional Pimm's cocktail includes one slice of cucumber, a sprig of mint and two parts of ginger ale to one part Pimm's. A favourite at KWM!
Berry Bros No.3 London Dry Gin
$65.99
Britain's oldest wine and spirit merchants have traded from the same shop for more than 300 years. Naturally, they have their own gin, made to order in the Netherlands by another family's business. Berry Bros believes that No.3 recreates the classic experience of London Dry Gin due to three simple things done well: the careful sourcing of the ingredients, the painstaking processes of production and the exquisite presentation in its unique bottle. Made with 3 fruits (Juniper and the peels of Spanish oranges and grapefruits) and 3 spices (Angelica root, Moroccan coriander and cardamom).
Bottled at a respectable 46% ABV.
Producer Description
"It took two years to perfect our masterpiece, working closely with master distillers, top mixologists, and Dr David Clutton—the only person in the world with a PhD in gin. After months of selecting the finest botanicals, we distilled our spirit in a 100-year-old brick-encased copper pot still in Holland, the birthplace of gin. With the best ingredients and the expertise of gin’s finest, we created No.3. Discover the full story here."
Sipsmith Gin
$52.99
For years we tried to get this gin in market to no avail, and then one day it just showed up. Seems a big multinational bought it, so the good new is its here, and at a more reasonable price than originally suspected.
From the Producer: Sipsmith: the first copper pot distillery in London for nearly two hundred years! Sipsmith London Dry Gin was born out of a desire to see gin production return to the city where it earned its name. With a nod to traditional hand crafted production, their gin combines traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn't look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller. London Dry Gin is the quintessential expression of a classic London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic - smooth enough for a Martini, yet rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T.
Copper Stilled in Small Batches: Every drop of alcohol that goes into a bottle of Sipsmith has been distilled in copper. Copper draws out the impurities and cleanses the spirit. It’s what makes Sipsmith spirits so incredibly smooth.
One Shot Method: One of the only gins in the world to use the “One-Shot Method”, meaning we use exactly the right amount of botanicals in our distillation so that we only need to add water to bring it down to bottling strength. 99% of gins are made using a concentrate which is diluted with neutral grain spirit and water. This neutral alcohol has had no contact with copper nor the botanicals so it produces a harsher, less balanced gin.
Hand Cut: We only ever retain a tight heart cut (the highest quality) of the liquid which is cut by hand. Much like a fine single malt, it’s what delivers our uncompromising quality of spirit.
