Forty Creek Barrel Select 375ml
$16.49
Kittling Ridge is a Canadian producer of Ontario wine and spirits, located at the base of the Niagara Escarpment. The whisky is distilled in small batches in traditional copper "pot" stills and patiently aged in white oak barrels. Aromas of honey, vanilla and apricot fuse with toasty oak, black walnut and spice. Rich and bold on the palate with a long smooth finish. Drink Canadian!

Distiller's Tasting Notes
"Deep amber colour with rich aromas of apricot and orange. Exhibits bold flavours of exotic spice with a long, dry finish."
Forty Creek Double Barrel
$62.99
"I decided to Double Barrel my aged Forty Creek Whisky stocks. Instead of blending the rye, the barley & the corn whiskies, rounding in sherry casks, and finally bottling, as we do Forty Creek Barrel Select, I blended the 3 aged whiskies and then re-barreled them in "First Run" bourbon barrels. Forty Creek Double Barrel has a wonderful golden roasted aroma filled with deep vanilla notes and highlighted with toasted spice, pecan and walnuts. There is a caramelized creaminess to the flavour with a rich spice that lifts it off the tongue. The finish is extra smooth, mellow and extra long." - John K. Hall
Crown Royal with Bag
$31.94
Crown Royal is bottled at 40% and is in theory all made at their distillery in Gimli Manitoba, but I've personally seen casks of Crown, distilled at the Paliser Distillery in Lethbridge, AB, patiently awaiting shipment East. The brand was first produced in 1939 to celebrate King George V first official visit to Canada. Crown Royal is best served with Coke, seriously... it helps mask the rough edges.
Crown Royal
$29.69
A classic Canadian whisky, and the top-selling Canadian whisky in the US. It was created to celebrate King George VI's grand tour of Canada in 1939. A bottle of Crown Royal was placed in the Royal train to symbolize hardworking Canadian people. Crown Royal has a light amber colour, with floral, buttery, vanilla and peach aromas. On the palate, it has a hint of sweet peach flavours with wood notes and a dry finish.
