Wolfburn 7 Year Peated Cask Strength
$121.49
Producer Note: "This limited release consists of just 1840 bottles in total. Crafted from spirit matured in a combination of wonderfully sweet Oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon quarter casks it is a shade over seven years old. This hand-selected cask pairing has done an astonishing job of producing a smooth and rounded single malt whisky – and to maximise the flavour we have bottled it at cask strength."
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 58.2% abv.

Claxton's Mannochmore 2008
$119.99
Absolutely shamefully overlooked distillery. Who knows? A couple decades on, they may still be doing damage control for the whole Loch Dhu debacle (kidding, of course). Truly, though, Mannachmore can be great. This sherried outing is one of the most exciting in the recent landing of Claxton's expressions we received. RRefill Hogshead No: C21024 held just 180 bottles. 86pts on Whiskybase!
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 53.9% abv.
