The whisky comes from two combined first fill PX Hogsheads that were filled with Millstone's peated single malt, then selected by Patrick Van Zuidam and Boutique-y for this bottling.

We’re heading back to France for another single cask from the Warenghem distillery. This 8 Year Old Armorik has been matured in an ex-Chouchen (mead) cask.Bottled at Natural Cask Strength (NCS) 59.3% abv we’re expecting to get around 355 bottles from this cask.
About the Label
"The Veneti (Gaulish: "the kin, the friendly ones") were a Gaelic tribe who lived in Armorica, now known as Brittany. We’ve set the scene deep in the forest of Gaul with a still for the cauldron and fields of barley in the background. The white swan is a nod to the late Dr. Jim Swan who gave the distillery guidance, reviewing their equipment, and techniques, proposing a series of small changes."

"It’s back to the superb German distillery, formerly known as Glen Els (until the Scotch Whisky Mafiosa slapped their wrists) Elsburn. This 7 Year Old single malt has been matured in a Ex-Rivesaltes cask. Bottled at Natural Cask Strength (NCS) 48.7% abv (yes - a very high ‘Angels Share’) we’re expecting around 345 bottles out of this cask."
About the Label
"Anna and Martina feature living above the distillery, as they did in the old days. The town of Zorge, where the distillery lies, has an old legend of a wingless dragon called the Hazelworm residing in the nearby mountains. The distillery is subject to a rather ludicrous amount of German regulations. Their spirit safe is locked within another spirit safe. Every single possible opening is locked down with padlocks, hundreds of them in total!"

"Our label is how we imagined the first explorers finding this site in the idyllic Nantou region of Taiwan. Our intrepid explorer is armed with a bindle of barley and his guide to whisky as he makes his way to a pier on the Sun Moon lake. Native flora and fauna surround him; Plum blossom trees, banana plants, fruit trees, Blue Magpies, and watch out for that Taiwanese Leopard Cat."
