G&M Recollection Convalmore 1984
$3,999.99
Bottled as a part of Recollection Series 3, this 1984 vintage Convalmore was matured 39 years in a Refill Sherry Hogshead before bottling at 51.1%.
Producer Description
"Opened as the fourth of Dufftown’s famed seven stills in the heart of Speyside in 1894, Convalmore’s waxy, fruity spirit has very rarely been seen as a single malt whisky. Dedicated almost entirely to blended whiskies, production was interrupted in 1909 by a fire. The distillery expanded in 1964 but was mothballed in 1985. The original buildings are still on the site but the production equipment has been removed. This 39 year old single malt, matured in a bespoke Gordon & MacPhail cask, is a forgotten masterpiece; a lost work of art that revives the spirit of a bygone era."

Producer Description
"Ardnahoe Infinite Loch has been matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, and is bottled with no artificial colouring and no chill-filtration.
"Loch Ardnahoe's depth is not precisely known, though it's reputed to be the deepest loch on Islay. While it's said to be deep, with risks associated with exploration, a precise measurement hasn't been established. The water within is characterized by its softness, filtering through peat and rock."

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10 Year 2025
$154.99
Kilchoman is marking its 20th Anniversary this year with some special releases, including this age statement bottling of Loch Gorm. Bottled at 46% from a multivitnage marriage of 23 Oloroso Sherry Casks (20 of them fresh) sourced from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin.
Producer Description
"Loch Gorm is the name given to our annual sherry matured limited edition. Named after Islay’s largest freshwater loch neighbouring the distillery, the dark murky colour of the loch’s water is reflected in the rich coppery tones of our sherry matured Loch Gorm release. Description: Loch Gorm 2025 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin for a minimum of 10 years. The 23 casks selected by Kilchoman Founder, Anthony Wills, are a combination of 20 fresh and 3 refill casks from two different distillation years. The sherry-soaked oak adds layers of rich dark fruit character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours."
