Old Pulteney Pineau des Charentes is created by maturing our spirit by the Caithness Coast in American oak casks, then transferring them to ex-Pineau des Charentes casks, handcrafted using French oak.
The result is a sweet, rich single malt that celebrates a shared coastal connection – bursting with flavours of dried fruits and a subtle saltiness that’s shaped by the sea."

Cù Bòcan is a moderately peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky made by Tomatin Distillery; which is in the Highlands. This 15 Year Old version of Cù Bòcan was matured exclusively in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks before being bottled at a robust 50% ABV.

"Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old takes us back to where it all began, when we first started producing lightly peated spirit at Tomatin Distillery in the midst of winter. The third release of Holyrood to come to Canada is Ambir is a whisky created from specialty malts and matured in a mix of 1st and 2nd Fill Bourbon, as well as Oloroso Sherry Butts and Hogsheads. The whisky is bottled at 49.8%.
