"The concept of Morality is perhaps a subjective one, as the history of alcohol in Quebec may demonstrate. This IPA is brewed with a dare-we-say excessive quantity of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. The dry finish is highly aromatic and slightly resinous, invoking tropical fruits atop dominant hop bitterness.
Moralité was first crafted at our Montreal location in 2012 in collaboration with John Kimmich of The Alchemist brewery in Vermont, USA."

Made up of nine plots just 20 metres above sea level, what makes this winery so unique is the lumaquela sediment infused into the terroir. Lumaquela is a limestone-based sediment formed over millions of years made of fossilized seashells and calcareous cement. Lumaquela provides rich nutrients to the soil and conveys a deep minerality to Vinyes del Terrer wines. The mild Mediterranean climate and marine terroir combine to make gorgeous wines. Vinyes del Terrer vintages elegantly reflect the mineral character of the land, and provide an intensely fruity bouquet due to the careful ripening of their grapes.

"Bière des Charentes is a mixed fermentation blend featuring unique characteristics imparted by a 24 month fermentation in Cognac barrels. These barrels originated in the Charente region of France where Cognac is made. The result is a blend focused on the bright fruit notes of brandy, with savoury leather and saline character. It finishes with drying tannins and subtle fennel notes, highlighted by a balanced medium acidity. We hope you like it."
