The Lismore 21 Year is back, with a sharp (although retro) new look. They have done away with the decanter and leather tube, but otherwise the juice is still the same. Is it from Glenfarclas? It might be... but the producers aren't telling!
Clotilde Blanc de Blancs

Clotilde is an homage to the first queen of France, is a Blanc de Blanc Cuvee from the Grand Cru vineyards of Michel Turgy in Les Mesnil – Sur – Oger. The steeple on the label is a replica of the church where her relics are held at the Eglise Saint-Leu-Saint Gilles de Paris. This Champagne is a joint venture between US importer Kimberly Jones and Jean-Michel Turgy. Quietly in the shadows of the larger houses of the Côte de Blancs, vine-growing Champagne artisans such as Jean-Michel Turgy are crafting character-rich, memorable wines based on the traditions and passions of past winemaking generations. Turgy sets himself apart with wines that do more than just reflect the Mesnil style—sumptuous, sensual and richly flavored—but faithfully capture the true character of the region’s unparalleled terroir, a personality often muted by mass-producing Champagne houses. For more than 130 years, the Turgy family has grown and harvested Chardonnay grapes on these chalky soils, and because of this, they can certainly claim to be more than acquainted with the true soul and substance of Mesnil. "Refreshing Farmhouse Ales like this one are all about quenching thirst—perfect to sip in solidarity and support of everything the Wilder Institute and their partners are doing to ensure the thriving future of the greater sage-grouse. Thanks to their species recovery program, the first juvenile sage-grouses were released into the wild in 2018.
In support of the Wilder Institute's efforts, we brewed a refreshing beer with very subtle hop notes and a modest alcohol content. The dry and slightly funky profile is achieved through fermentation with French saison yeast."

Brick House Pinot Noir

In 1990 Doug and Melissa Tunnell were relative newcomers to the Willamette Valley. They converted an old barn in one of the upper reaches of the Ribbon Ridge AVA (at 400–500 ft (120–150m elevation) to a winery. They set out right from the start to avoid chemical fertilizers and pesticides, eventually being certified as biodynamic by Demeter. The non-vintage House Red Pinot Noir has a medium ruby colour and savoury aromas of red and black berries, smoked meats, cranberry sauce and dark spices. The palate has concentrated, earthy fruits with decent length and a touch of chew.

Echigo Koshihikari is made with the Koshihikari strain of rice and utilizes the age-old decoction method of brewing. Mikkeller Limbo Riesling NonAlc

The Limbo series from Mikkeller is focused on fruited Non-Alc flemish style beers. The Reisling line is infused with Riesling grapes which impart a decent amount of acidity. Results in a very refreshing and easily quaffable brew.
