Attilio Ghisolfi Langhe Nebbiolo
$39.99
The end of the 80s and the beginning of the 90s were years of profound changes for the Barolo region, and the wines started their ascent as critical darlings capable of long-term aging. The beauty of the region and the dynamic food scene led to a boom in gastro and wine tourism as well. Often this transformation has coincided with the entry of new generations into the winery The turning point for the Attilio Ghisolfi winery was 1988. Until then the company had a mixed economy, based on the production of fruit and wine grapes. With 2020 came a breath of fresh air, new ideas and new goals. Since then their wines have evolved, employing natural wine practices which means minimal intervention winemaking, low amounts of sulphur, wild yeasts and no fining or filtration. The winery itself is run on solar panels and concerns for the environment are always at the forefront.
Selbach-Oster Sekt Brut Riesling
$44.99
Germany's answer to Champagne, and such fantastic quality, especially considering the price! "This is lovely stylish fizz, what one would hope for (though not expect) from sparkling Riesling: class, clarity, finesse, the opposite of coarseness or brashness; this is really demure and graceful and pretty," according to Terry Theise, skurnik.com.

Lustau Los Arcos Dry Amontillado Reserva
$26.99
93 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate! The review: "The non-vintage Dry Amontillado Los Arcos Solera Reserva reveals a medium amber hue along with a nutty, honeyed, dry personality with great acid. Lustau made its reputation in the foreign markets with its extraordinary single cask Almacenistas which had been accumulated by the family over many years as their soleras are among the oldest in Sherry. The family also owns over 500 acres of vineyards. These are all remarkable efforts for their stunning value."

Cincoro Anejo Tequila
$189.99
Produced from 100% Webber Blue Agave, this Anejo tequila has been matured underground for 24-28 months, considerably longer than most Anejos. Cincoro is a tequila brand founded by 5 NBA owners including Michael Jordan. 40%.
Producer Description
"Cincoro Anejo gains its remarkable aromas and taste from a very unique aging regimen. Our barrels are imported from Kentucky, and were first used to age Bourbon. By aging Cincoro Blanco in these barrels, we highlight the smoothness of our Blanco, complimented by wood notes from aging 24-28 months in an underground cellar, considerably longer than the minimum 1 year required for Anejo. Subtle notes of toasted oak and maple on the nose, followed by sweet cooked agave, light butterscotch and baking spices on the palate. Remarkably long, elegant finish with lingering notes of dark chocolate."
Meyer Pinot Noir Okanagan Valley
$32.99
From one of the most respected Pinot producers in the Okanagan Valley! The gentle, minimal intervention style at Meyer filters all the way down to the introductory Pinot simply labelled ‘Meyer’. It bears an Okanagan Valley designation and blends fruit from the home property Mclean Creek Road Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, Reimer Vineyard in South East Kelowna and two East Kelowna sites. This delightful Pinot Noir was aged in older oak barrels which softened the wine without adding much oak flavour. It has aromas and flavours of cherry and strawberry. The juicy texture adds to the wine’s immediate appeal. (This is the 2015, but Decanter gave the 2012 an impressive 91 points. You get the picture: The Meyer family knows what they're doing!)
