Blindman Strawberry & Raspberry BA Sour
$12.69
From the Brewer
This brand new release is packed right full of delicious Kent strawberries from @koornneef_farms and smells like strawberry pie, fresh out of the oven. We added some raspberry purée for a touch more acidity, hopped with Cascade and Willamette from Hop to It, and used 24-2 malt (and others) from our friends at @redshedmalting. Quite the local undertaking, and a magical one at that. A year on oak and fruit will do that to a beer. Available now in the taproom and very soon at your favourite bottle shops!

Annex Lorem Ipsum Amber Ale
$18.99
From the Brewery;
"Lorem Ipsum was made using light and dark malts as well as roasted barley to give it depth of colour. Despite its darker character, it surprises with its light and refreshing qualities, thanks to the Citra hops. These American-variety hops infuse the amber ale with captivating notes of citrus, fruit, and pine, balancing the sweetness of the malt."

La Carlina Barbera D'Asti Fontanavi
$31.99
The history of La Carlina however began much later, in 2014, when Camilla and Francesco, two young siblings and enthusiastic wine growers, aware of the great potential of their territory, decided to set up on their own and leave their mark, crushing their grapes and making their own wine. La Carlina was born from the combination of a generations old romance, rigorous in vineyards as in everyday life, and the freshness, knowledge and courage of new generations that get out there in order to continue the family farming activity and to turn it into a dynamic and specialized reality based on organic and ecologically sustainable vineyards cultivation.
