This brand new release is packed right full of delicious Kent strawberries from @koornneef_farms and smells like strawberry pie, fresh out of the oven. We added some raspberry purée for a touch more acidity, hopped with Cascade and Willamette from Hop to It, and used 24-2 malt (and others) from our friends at @redshedmalting. Quite the local undertaking, and a magical one at that. A year on oak and fruit will do that to a beer. Available now in the taproom and very soon at your favourite bottle shops!
