Ciavolich Montepulciano Dabruzzo
$31.99
The vineyards for the production of this Montepulciano are located in Pianella, which has the characteristic to be positioned next to a small natural lake. The proximity to the lake allows the roots of the vines to stay humid even during the dry season. This freshness is found in the wine, elevated in stainless steel to leave unaltered this natural characteristic. After being selected and harvested by hand the grapes are taken to the winery to be destemmed and crushed and then set in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature for which only one delestage follows. The wine obtained is racked in stainless steel vats where it rests for almost a year to then age six months in bottle. Ciavolich is regarded as one of the finest producers in Abruzzo.

Saturated Hoppy Ale
Motueka, Citra, Nelson Sauvin. *Collaboration with Changing Colours Brewing Project (Vancouver, BC)
This banger is a first-of-its-kind brew for The EST, thanks to our pals at Changing Colours Brewing Project. A Saturated Hoppy Ale is akin to a hazy but takes quaffable to the next level, drinking drier with an extra snap, while still absolutely dripping with hops. Our collective conscience landed on a full-throttle mix of @ garstonhops Motueka and Citra, alongside @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin.

Strawberry Kiwi Capri Sun / Peach Soft Serve / Funfetti Frosting citra, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau. *Collaboration with Brasserie Du Bas Canada (Gatineau, QC)
Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, we teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada, to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to our shared vision was @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth coup with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. Don’t let this one slip into your blind spot, it’s a rare opportunity to try a fresh brew in the style of la belle province.Strawberry Kiwi Capri Sun / Peach Soft Serve / Funfetti Frosting"
