This banger is a first-of-its-kind brew for The EST, thanks to our pals at Changing Colours Brewing Project. A Saturated Hoppy Ale is akin to a hazy but takes quaffable to the next level, drinking drier with an extra snap, while still absolutely dripping with hops. Our collective conscience landed on a full-throttle mix of @ garstonhops Motueka and Citra, alongside @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin.

Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, we teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada, to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to our shared vision was @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth coup with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. Don’t let this one slip into your blind spot, it’s a rare opportunity to try a fresh brew in the style of la belle province."

After at least 4 billion years of fandom, we are far beyond hyped to collab with Breakside, one of our favourite U.S. breweries redefining and modernizing West Coast IPAs. Defying the moon’s gravitational pull, we used enough hops to fill the Mariana Trench, with Mosaic, Peacharine, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Strata Hyperboost providing wave after wave of flavour.
