Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, we teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada, to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to our shared vision was @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth coup with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. After at least 4 billion years of fandom, we are far beyond hyped to collab with Breakside, one of our favourite U.S. breweries redefining and modernizing West Coast IPAs. Defying the moon’s gravitational pull, we used enough hops to fill the Mariana Trench, with Mosaic, Peacharine, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Strata Hyperboost providing wave after wave of flavour.
