Rooted in stillness and brewed with intention, Coiled Wisdom is a Red Ale that balances depth and grace. Made with high quality malts, it pours a rich ruby hue with a toasty, caramel backbone and a smooth, rounded finish.

Alberta Wild Ale with Oranges and Black Tea, 5.1% Abv
???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????, ???????????? ????????’????????, ???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????
Our latest wild thing is maybe our most worldly to date, taking its inspiration from a specialty fermented Yunnanese tea called Gan Pu’er, which is made by filling small, hollowed out green tangerines with ripe Pu'er tea leaves, then drying them as one unit. Juicy orange zest dominates the initial palate, with notes of black tea and fresh wheat blossoming as the supporting cast, finishing citrusy with a touch of funk. It ain’t Newtonian mechanics - it’s just an easy-drinking, crowd-pleasing, refreshing winter banger.
Annex Ginger Beer
$2.99
Pressed Ginger Lemon Zest Spicy
This isn’t some weak, watered-down ginger ale. It’s a real ginger beer, sweetened with cane sugar and packed full of as much lemon and ginger as chemistry allows.
Hardcha Oolong Tea Yuzu
$4.29
From the Producer,
"What started as a shared vision between four lifelong friends is finally a reality. We looked at the hard tea market and knew something was missing. Real flavor, real ingredients, and a real kick. So, we decided to make it ourselves.
Born and brewed right here in Calgary, HARDCHA is the result of an obsession over taste and quality. We’re blending authentic Asian tea with ingredients like Yuzu and Lychee with a 7% ABV that actually tastes good.
We are proud of our roots, we are proud of this product, and we’re just getting started.
Irrational Freestyle Manilita TDH DIPA
$5.79
From the Brewery;
"We have our second collaboration beer with Freestyle available now! For those who aren’t aware, Freestyle Hops produces some of the highest-quality hops out of New Zealand (don’t sleep on this one). This year, as members of Freestyle’s Research Collective, we were given Manilita to play around with and report back our findings to the growers. This exclusive experimental variety was named after the manilita mango from Mexico. To showcase this one-of-a-kind hop, we decided to go big with a triple-dry-hopped hazy double IPA.
Hermit Mango Burst Tropical Ale
$4.89
From the Brewery
"ABV: 5% | 100% Canadian Malts | Real Mango Purée
In the stillness of a sun-drenched afternoon, there is a quiet kind of joy. Mango Burst is brewed for such moments—an ode to fleeting sweetness and soft warmth. Crafted with 100% Canadian malts and real mango purée, this Tropical Ale unfolds slowly, like sunlight through half-closed blinds."
This is not a beer that demands attention. It offers it—an invitation to pause, to taste the present, to follow a thought without needing to finish it.
Hermit Hidden Peak Hazy IPA
$5.19
From the Brewery;
ABV: 6% | 100% Canadian Malts
"Hidden Peak is a journey in a glass—an uncharted landscape where the unexpected meets the bold. Brewed with 100% Canadian malts, this Hazy IPA is a haze of tropical fruit, smooth bitterness, and a touch of mystery, designed for those who seek the path less traveled.
This is an IPA for those who savor the thrill of discovery—the hazy climb toward a peak not easily seen, yet always worth the ascent."
