Establishment Amethyst Realm 2025
$21.99
From the Brewery;
A blend of barrel-aged golden mixed culture beers with blueberries and lemon thyme, 6.4% ABV
Announcing the amethyst, the legend, and our latest barrel-aged mixed culture beer! Purple and precious, this brew smells of blueberry syrup poured over piping hot pancakes finished with lemon zest. We took inspiration from its ingredients and our love of blueberry lemon tarts, so if you’re looking to satisfy your craving for baked goods with a brewed great, look no further.
To make its base e blended three barrels of mixed culture Saisons and one Lambic-inspired brew before fruiting the lot. We were really looking to achieve a delicate malt to hop flavour ratio so that our whole, juicy blueberries could shine like the stars they are. It might sound like a dangerous game, but we all came out winners.
It’s low in acidity and high in funk, visual appeal, and probability of becoming your next favourite. It’s a feast for the eyes and guaranteed to get the taste buds a tingling. How could you not fall under its spell? Venture into Amethyst Realm at your earliest convenience.

"Sommerbier, 4.2% ABV
Collaboration with Dageraad Brewing
Tea Biscuits, Mixed Nuts, Flower Shop
Inspired by our respective head brewers’ time drinking together in the Franconia Region of Germany, this kellerbier pays homage not only to a cherished style and familiar flavours, but to the incredible beer drinking culture you find across Europe - get ready for the biergarten, this sunshine banger is also low ABV for ultimate crushability. A young, and uniquely cloudy fresh lager, we wanted our riff on the kellerbier to stay true, so we used a blend of world renowned Weyermann heirloom Malts, which play a starring role alongside all-German hops for a lightly spicy and floral balance. Taste the history and let das gut times roll

Prairie Bears Chai
$9.99
Kelli Burdek & Brett Mack decided to do a thing.
"Starting a cider company may not seem like a linear career path for Kelli, a doctor and Brett, a heavy duty mechanic. But Prairie Bears Cider Co. is no side gig. Making cider out of rescued fruit started as a creative outlet for us during Kelli’s residency in 2017 but it quickly became something we turned into a way of life. Now we’re tending to our growing prairie orchard near Alberta Beach and crafting ciders that reflect both our commitment to quality and our love for the community we live in.
We’ve chosen our varieties based on the blends that give the cider the best possible flavour. A key factor is crab apples. Their acidity makes for an excellent blended cider. They are also incredibly labour intensive. But we think it’s worth it."
Shiddy's Marg

Cabin Luminous Rain Cold IPA
$5.29
From the Brewer
"Introducing Luminous Rain, the illicit third act of our "Mash Up the Cores" series, born from a brilliant collision between Luminosity German pils and Sunshine Rain IPA. This cold IPA is what happens when two classic styles ignore the rulebook and follow their hearts.
We took the crisp, clean body of a German pils and hopped it like a west coast IPA, because we believe in having our cake and eating it too. This audacious blend is loaded with a powerhouse quartet of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial, delivering a dazzling shower of pine, citrus peel, and ripe berry that’s as bright as it is biting.
It’s the best of both worlds, without having to choose.
