The Casamigos Mezcal joins the company's Tequila staple as a regular part of their line up. It is made form 100% Espadin Agave that has been smoked underground in earthen pits for 4-6 days. The pinas cooled then crushed by a traditional horse-powered tahona wheel. After that it is fermented, then distilled using copper pot stills. Bottled at 40%.
