This mellow and elegant rum is from a single cask bottled by the Rest & Be Thankful rum company. Distilled at Jamaica's Long Pond distillery in a pot still. ITP stands for Ive Trewlany Pot, this marque represents a lighter weight pot still rum with medium-low esters, and was originally produced by Worthy Park distillery long, long ago.
This underwent both tropical and continental aging in American oak, and bottled at 54.7%

Aperol is an immensely popular Italian aperitif produced in Padua. Its ingredients are, among others, bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona. Although it looks, tastes, and smells much like Campari, it has a higher sugar content and is lower in alcohol. Serve 2 parts Aperol to 3 parts Prosecco. A splash of soda and a sliver of lemon. Good Day Lychee Soju

Soju production begins with the fermentation of grain starch by yeasts and enzymes. Once the fermentation is complete, the liquid is distilled to produce clear alcohol. Finally, soju is bottled and typically has around 20% alcohol by volume. Good Day is the flagship Soju of Muhak, a Korean distillery established in 1929. Good Day Soju is filtered 10 times and actively infused with oxygen for 72 hours. This unique manufacturing process creates a very smooth and clean-tasting spirit. The fruit sojus are lower in alcohol at about 12%.

3. Do they contain alcohol?
While the bitters contain 42% alcohol by volume (ABV), each serving holds an insignificant amount of alcohol relative to its size, classifying them as non-alcoholic products. The 42% ABV is full of denaturants that come from the botanicals, which make them bitter tasting and unpalatable for consumption as a conventional aperitif or alcoholic drink.

Yes! There are no gluten or animal products used in any part of the extraction process, therefore our products are both vegan and gluten free. Additionally, many of the ingredients that Token uses in extractions are known for their therapeutic benefits in traditional cultures.

Token Bitters do not contain any artificial flavors or ingredients – we make it our mission to source only organic ingredients whenever possible. Soon we will be certified to put the term "organic" on our product labels.
Additionally, we source organic ingredients both locally and from fair trade sources around the globe. Our hops, for example, are cultivated by the BC based Harvesters of Organic Hops, and our favourite place to stock up on essentials is Edmonton’s Old Strathcona Farmers Market!"
