Monymusk Rum is produced by the Clarendon Distillery of Jamaica. Their are two styles of Monymusk distilled. Both are distilled using Clarendon's pot stills have a very high ester content.

Constantia Uitsig is located in what can be described as the "Cradle of winemaking" in the Cape and has a long history, being part of the first wine-producing estate in South Africa, dating back to the mid-1600s.
