Fernet Hunter Yōtei is a celebration of this lavender and the raw natural landscape of Hokkaido from which it grows. The third release of Holyrood to come to Canada is Ambir is a whisky created from specialty malts and matured in a mix of 1st and 2nd Fill Bourbon, as well as Oloroso Sherry Butts and Hogsheads. The whisky is bottled at 49.8%.

Bushveld Whisky offers an aromatic escape to the South African bushveld. The sweet, honeyed aromas are wrapped up in light smokiness from Kameeldoring-smoked casks. We use only the best of single estate grain whisky.
We do double distillation on a potstill for added smoothness before being matured in American oak, ex-bourbon casks. After three years, we finish it off in Kameeldoring-smoked barrels to achieve a signature bushveld edge. Transport yourself to the bushveld with the unique aromas of light smouldering embers, vegetal honey, butterscotch, and toffee."
