Sheringham Whisky
$61.99
This Canadian whisky from Vancouver Island has been made with malted barley, wheat, and rye, matured in new American oak casks for at least 3 years before bottling at 45%.
Producer Description
"Jason’s passion for whisky lies in the journey from grain to glass, where slow craftsmanship and traditional methods shape its character. This approach results in a whisky that beautifully marries natural elements with the artistry of its maker. Crafted in Sooke, British Columbia, using BC grain, this whisky’s mash bill of rye, wheat, and malted barley is distilled in small batches and aged for at least three years in new American white oak barrels."

Signal Hill Canadian Whisky
$45.99
Signal Hill Whisky is a bit of a mystery. There are a few things around the internet saying that it is distilled in Newfoundland, but more delving reveals that it is likely created from whisky sourced from one distillery (possibly the Hiram Walker Distillery of Windsor, Ontario) or more, then blended and bottled in Newfoundland. It may or may not be a brand owned by a company that also makes Crystal Head Vodka, which in turn is partially owned by Dan Aykroyd. Make sense?
Bottled at 40% ABV. OR SO THEY SAY.
Just kidding. We are fairly certain at least that part of the label can be trusted.
Producer Description
"Signal Hill Whisky is made from two types of grain. The corn whisky is double distilled through a two-column still to produce a light and smooth characteristic. The barley whisky is pot distilled to bring out a subtle bready, nutty or malt flavour. Multiple layers of flavour are preserved through non-chill filtration, resulting in a fuller mouthfeel and smoother finish."
Signal Hill Founders Select 56.3%
$58.99
This is a heftier, more potent version of the regular Signal Hill Whisky, bottled at 56.3%.
Producer Description
"Experience Signal Hill Founders Select Overproof Whisky, a limited bottling at 56.3% ABV. The tradition of Signal Hill Whisky continues in the limited batch production of OP. Embrace the boldness without compromising on the exceptional flavour profile of Signal Hill.
Crafted in our signature Signal Hill Whisky style using only the highest quality corn and barley, our spirits are aged in three barrel types: Canadian-whisky, new white-oak, and bourbon. Our blending process results in a warmer amber colour and deep layers of flavour for you to discover."
Pivot Spirits Triticale Whisky
$87.99
Made from Triticale grown in Lars' own fields! Lars is the proprieter of Pivot spirits, and produces most of the whisky he makes from very own grain. Bottled at 46%.
Producer Description
"Triticale is the result of crossing wheat and rye. We appreciate the impressive yields that the latest Triticale varieties deliver on our irrigation farm. What's even more delightful is the unique flavors that Triticale imparts to our whisky! The sweetness of wheat and the spiciness of rye are beautifully complemented by smooth tones of honey, fruit, and vanilla."
About Pivot Spirits
Pivot Spirits was founded in 2018 and resides in Rolling Hills, Alberta — about a 30-minute drive south of Brooks. If you zoom in on Rolling Hills from a satellite image on Google Maps you will see where the name Pivot Spirits comes from: all the fields in the area have the tell-tail rounded and circular shape of pivot irrigation. The distillery is co-owned by Lars Hirsch and Rachelle Fiset. Lars is an irrigation farmer with fields just across the roads from the distillery and the distiller as well. Just about all the grain used at Pivot Spirits uses for making Whisky, Gin, and other spirits comes from his fields. The only exception to this is when Lars uses corn, which he gets from his neighbours. Pivot Spirits does not malt or roast any of the grains it uses — it comes directly from the field, is ground down, and made into a mash.
