Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir
$63.99
The Donaldson family have been immersed in the wine industry since the early 1970s and were pioneers of local grape growing and winemaking. Associate Professor and Consultant Neurologist, Ivan Donaldson, first became interested in wine when his girlfriend at the time, Christine, gave him a book simply called - ‘Wine’. Penned by English industry legend, Hugh Johnson, the book started Ivan on an exciting journey, that has never stopped. After traveling to explore the wine regions of Europe, Ivan returned home to plant one of the first vineyards of modern times in Canterbury… and to marry Christine, who has been an integral part of the Pegasus Bay story. Today it remains very much a family-run winery the follows the Burgundian approach, especially where Pinot Noir is concerned.

Wild Life Blackberry Gin

From Canmore, Alberta's Wild Life Distillery, this Gin is more than just a pretty colour. Yes, the blackberry notes are in here, but the gin still tastes like a gin. That is kind of important if you are a gin drinker, right? Made with Blackberries and Plums sourced from across in the Rocky Mountains in BC.
From The Producer
"Our WLD Blackberry Gin is earthy, vibrant and sweet. Fresh BC blackberries and plum notes dance with juniper and spice to give you a delicious fruit forward spirit. Perfect on its own, or shaken up in your favourite fruit gin cocktail. Design for your winter libation aspirations, this gin is seasonal at the distillery, and won't last 'til spring!
We recommend this WLD spirit in a Gin Sour, Blackberry Vesper, or a Fruit Smash cocktail.
Best enjoyed by best friends."

Big Peat 12 Year
$114.99
Producer Note: "Big Peat is a marriage of Single Malt Scotch Whiskies only from the island of Islay. With Caol Ila spirit bringing sweetness, Bowmore the perfect balance, Ardbeg a medicinal, earthy quality and Port Ellen, a degree of elegance, Big Peat represents all that is Islay in a bottle. Part of the Remarkable Regional Malts range, the ultimate distillation of Scotland’s Malt Whisky Regions."
Big Peat is an Islay icon at this point, but it's the variants in the range, such as this 12-year-old, that are keeping it in the spotlight. And if they're still declaring 'Port Ellen' on the label, you know that the 12 year age statement is more than three times younger than the oldest whisky in this bottling.
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 46% abv.
