Cremant is the name given to French sparkling wines that are made in the same method as Champagne but outside of the Champagne area. The term cremant will be followed by the region, so in the case of Cremant de Bourgogne it means "champagne-styled wine from Burgundy". A blend of four classic grapes - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Aligote - it makes for a super easy-drinking, congenial, rounded and fully sparkling wine with an expressive bouquet both on the nose and pallet, a perfect addition to a light breakfast or elegant dinner.

With a name that means “hamlet on the slope”, Vignaioli Contrà Soarda is a beacon of conscientious farming in the region of Veneto. The estate is nestled in the hills of Breganze, an area that’s been home to the Gottardi’s since 1904. For generations, this family ran a busy osteria but in 1999 they officially became vignaioli (winemakers). 12 hectares of fallow land were purchased and a winery was built directly into the rock of the hillside to minimize its environmental impact. Since the day the vines were planted, the 12-hectare vineyard has been farmed according to organic and biodynamic principles. The wineries' tenant donkeys keep cover crops in check without compacting the soil.
Produced by Marzemino grapes, this red wine has sapid notes of plum, blackberry, and violet.

Born, raised, and handmade with love on the Black Sage Bench in the South Okanagan Valley. Ursa Major is the passion project of Rajen Toor, who was born and grew up in his family's vineyard. The project began as a conversion to organic growing, sustainable cellar practices, and the open mind to experiment and play with the varietals that they have been growing for 26 years. The rose - made from Cabernet Franc- is grown on Sagebrush Vineyard, nestled up against the mountains on the southeast side of Black Sage Rd. Deep sand with a wide gravel bar that runs down the hillside to the bottom of the sloping vineyard. Planted in 2004, his vineyard has been in organic transition for 4 years now, with a focus on soil regeneration and building organic matter. Hand harvested on September 13th. The fruit was whole-bunch direct pressed to stainless steel, where it fermented with ambient yeasts over the course of 2 months. The wine was then racked to neutral barrels and puncheons with full solids. It went through natural malolactic in barrel and rested on full lees for 6 months before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.

Pais is an ancient grape that has played a prominent role in the Chilean wine industry. Up until the turn of the 21st century, it was Chile's most planted variety until it was overtaken by Cabernet Sauvignon

The southern most of our farms is nestled narrowly between the coastal road & marshy mangroves of Westerhall bay in front of its now ruined distillery. Here the moisture retentive soils, enriched by the legacy of coconut & cocoa trees, provides a fertile & verdant terroir. For this rum we harvested the sucrose-rich variety we call Clean Ester from River View Field, which stands on the terroir known as Old River.
The modern marvel that is the Renegade Rum distillery was designed precisely to extol this individuality, with extended temperature-controlled fermentation for intensity, & considered distillation for gravitas. We look to compare & contrast authentic flavours, terroir by terroir. It is presented pre-cask: as unaged, fresh cane juice spirit."
