Saturated Hoppy Ale
Motueka, Citra, Nelson Sauvin. *Collaboration with Changing Colours Brewing Project (Vancouver, BC)
This banger is a first-of-its-kind brew for The EST, thanks to our pals at Changing Colours Brewing Project. A Saturated Hoppy Ale is akin to a hazy but takes quaffable to the next level, drinking drier with an extra snap, while still absolutely dripping with hops. Our collective conscience landed on a full-throttle mix of @ garstonhops Motueka and Citra, alongside @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin.

Strawberry Kiwi Capri Sun / Peach Soft Serve / Funfetti Frosting citra, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau. *Collaboration with Brasserie Du Bas Canada (Gatineau, QC)
Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, we teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada, to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to our shared vision was @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth coup with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. Don’t let this one slip into your blind spot, it’s a rare opportunity to try a fresh brew in the style of la belle province.Strawberry Kiwi Capri Sun / Peach Soft Serve / Funfetti Frosting"

Cote Des Roses Rose
$30.99
Made from a blend of grenache, syrah and mourvedre. A soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orangey nuances. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. On the palate the impression is fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance.
Confluence Pina Punch 4pack
$15.99
From the Distillery,
“Piña Punch is popping off unapologetically. This is what happens when a pineapple blackberry ready-to-drink cocktail stops trying to behave and just tastes good.
Pineapple hits first. Bright, juicy, unmistakably tropical. Then blackberry slides in right behind it, adding a subtle twist that keeps things interesting without stealing the spotlight. The result is a tropical fruit punch cocktail in a can that’s crisp, refreshing, and just the right amount of playful.
This is an RTD you bring when you want people to ask what you’re drinking. Easy to sip, hard to forget. It drinks like sunshine, finishes clean, and lands somewhere between carefree patio hangs and last-call energy.
It’s like getting a fist bump from a stranger!”
