Raifuku Aiyama crafts this sake with a balanced combination of mellowness and sharpness. It has a delicate, elegant scent reminiscent of pears, and a gentle finish on the palate, Its bright aromas of pineapple, passionfruit and yogurt lead to a high-impact palate with a subtle lemon finish. It's brewed by the small Raifuku Sake Brewery in Chikusei City, Ibaraki and is made with 40% polished Aiyama rice.
